The Solution

HSBC required resources to help design and develop the front-end of the customer-facing application. Our user experience experts were hired to consult and to deliver outputs for the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) segment of the HSCBC application.

From discovery – sitting with stakeholders to find out about the current products, business objectives and researching existing legal trends, to design including wire-framing, guerrilla testing and final front-end production, we delivered a high-quality service helping to push forward with their mission to help fight money laundering through the bank.
