An Independent Primary School.

The Story

We had the pleasure of visiting the Purley based Independent Primary school in effort to experience the day to day running of the institution. Having worked with schools previously has been beneficial for us, but first-hand knowledge is key as no two establishments are the same.

We were employed by Laleham Lea to build a new website for them. Their existing website was quite dated and did not provide the necessary tools to allow them to keep their website updated with key dates, information, galleries and more.

The Solution

A website that tells a story

Design and Technology

Laleham Lea were very open when it came to the direction of play in regards to the look and feel of the website. It goes without saying that keeping on brand was imperative, but they understood that there need to be some flexibility. We developed a concept that fulfilled their request of wanting being able to tell the user their story through their browsing experience. Using subtle interactions the page is revealed to the user as they scroll down, helping to shift their focus on to the content that appears.

Document Management

With the recent government changes stipulating key information that is deemed as necessary to have a school website, we developed a clean and easy to use interface allowing Laleham Lea to update documentation downloads.
