Private Real Estate and Investment Company

The Story

Aschenbrenner Group, based the Mayfair, is a German company lead by directors Klaus and Brigita Aschenbrenner. The company was built out of their common interest in International Private Real Estate and Investment. They saw a gap in the market which they felt they were able to fill by providing bespoke services to high-end clients. We were hired by the company to build a clean user interface, which has a clean and simple design but ’speaks’ of a brand that has a wealth of experience behind it. The intention would be to build on the website as the company expands its remit.

The Solution

We engaged with the client to in a workshop to define requirements and give ideas of what they were looking for high level perspective. Our findings helped in the provision of wireframes to exhibit user journeys and construct page layouts and the overall visual design.

Strong visuals

A strong image-focussed platform was implemented to help deliver the message they wanted to put reinforce about their company. Since, they have residence in key financial locations around the world including London, Hong Kong and Shanghai to name a few, we used images that strongly represented these areas.

Stage 1 development

For the starting point of the website, the client wanted a carousel component that had very strong visual depicting finance and success. In addition, they wanted a separate section for housing contact details. We used delivered this using animation to hid/expose content, allowing content to be clearly displayed and accessed easily.
